Dear Reader,
While I slowly do the research necessary for the next full-length novel in my Victorian San Francisco mystery series (tentatively entitled Etched in Blood), I have also been playing around with the possible plot for a short story. This story will feature Mr. Wong, as well as reintroduce a few characters who will play a larger part in the next novel. It is my hope that I will be able to start putting this short story up as a draft on my daily newsletter, scene by scene, fairly soon, something that worked quite well for my last two novellas.
Meanwhile, I am continuing to put up my already published short stories, for free, in this my daily newsletter. This month the story is the Victorian San Francisco Mystery short story, Beatrice Bests the Burglars.
If you want to read/or reread any of the short stories I have put up in this fashion, click HERE to find where all the stories so far are listed, scene by scene or better yet, subscribe to the newsletter. With each story I try to give a little background, so you might want to start HERE for Beatrice Bests the Burglars.
