Dear Reader,
Here’s the last newsletter for 2024. Been a difficult year, and I confess I’m rather looking forward to 2025. At least I got one book published this year, sneaking the last of my Caelestis series, Where the Glassflowers Grow just under the wire. Last newsletter I gave the link where to buy this book as an ebook, but I am happy to announce it is also now available in print. Click HERE to find out where you can buy either edition.
Also, I am going to be doing a promotion of the first book in the series, Between Mountain and Sea, in early January as a way of attracting new readers to the series now that it is complete. For those of you who had have read any of the books in the series, especially Where the Glassflowers Grow, I would really appreciate if you could go onto Amazon (or wherever you bought the books) and rate and/or write a short review. This is one of the best ways you can support me as an author because readers who haven’t read any of my work—or haven’t read my science fiction, will often depend on the ratings that show up to give a book a try.
Finally, for all of you historical mystery fans, I have already started on the research for my next full-length novel in the Victorian San Francisco mystery series, and I sincerely hope to get it finished and published in 2025.
Discounts and Free books:
A reminder that I have discounted the audiobook edition of Pilfered Promises, the fifth book in the Victorian San Francisco Mystery series, to $2.99
And continuing on in the holiday spirit, I have started publishing, for free, Tilly Tracks a Thief, in my daily newsletter. This is another Christmas story and if you are interested in reading or rereading this short story, click HERE to see the first couple of scenes or subscribe to the newsletter.
Some years ago, as part of the Historical Fictions Authors Cooperative, I gathered together all the historical fiction by our authors that were set during the winter holidays. So, if you are looking for additional historical fiction to read, many of them mysteries, do check out this post that lists them all.
A reminder of my Ebook Perma-free books:

Between Mountain and Sea: Caelestis Series (Book 1) This first book in the series permanently free and you can get it on Kindle and all other Retailiers.
